Product authenticity is our highest priority. All products we supply are 100% genuine and sourced through legitimate, verified supply chains. We do not supply counterfeit, parallel import, or grey market goods. As an EU-registered company, we operate under strict European trade regulations.

Can I request a product catalogue?

Yes. Simply contact us and let us know which product categories or brands you are interested in, along with your destination country. We will send you a tailored product list with current stock availability and indicative pricing within 24 hours. Because FMCG pricing and stock levels change regularly, we do not publish a fixed public price list — all quotes are current and specific to your order.

What is the shelf life / expiry date of products?

We supply products with sufficient remaining shelf life for international wholesale distribution. For food, beverage, and personal care products, we typically ensure a minimum of 6–12 months remaining shelf life at the time of shipment, depending on the product category. If you have specific requirements — for example, a minimum 18-month shelf life for long-haul distribution — please state this in your inquiry and we will confirm availability before issuing a quote.

Can I mix different products and brands in one order?

Yes — this is one of our key strengths. You can mix different products, categories, and brands within a single container order. For example, a single 20ft container could include laundry products, personal care items, cosmetics, and beverages. We will work with you to build a mixed pallet or container load that matches your market needs and maximises your buying power per shipment.

Can I cancel or amend an order after it has been confirmed?

Order amendments may be possible if requested promptly, before goods have been allocated or packed. Once an order is confirmed and a deposit is received, cancellations may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee. We encourage buyers to confirm all product details, quantities, and shipping instructions before issuing a final order. If you need to make an urgent change, contact your account manager immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Pricing & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods for international wholesale orders:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire) — our standard payment method for all orders
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) — available for established buyers on larger orders
  • Documents Against Payment (D/P) — available for verified repeat buyers
  • SEPA bank transfer — for buyers within the European Union

For new buyers, we typically require a 30–50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance paid before shipment. Payment terms for established buyers are discussed on an individual basis.

Are there any hidden fees or charges I should know about?

No. Our pricing philosophy is full transparency. The quote we send you clearly breaks down product costs, freight charges, and applicable fees. There are no hidden admin charges, no surprise surcharges on delivery, and no brokerage fees. What you see on your proforma invoice is what you pay. We will also advise you upfront if your destination country typically involves significant import duties or customs fees on the buyer’s side, so you can plan your landed cost accurately.

Do prices vary by destination country?

Product prices are consistent regardless of destination. However, total landed costs will vary because freight charges, insurance, and applicable Incoterms differ by port and country. A CIF quote to Lagos, for example, will differ from a CIF quote to Dubai because sea freight rates vary by route. We always quote based on your specific destination so you have a complete and accurate cost picture from the outset.

What shipping Incoterms do you offer?

How long does delivery take?

Lead times depend on destination, shipping method, and whether stock is immediately available. Typical timelines are:

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes. If you have an existing relationship with a freight forwarder you trust, you are welcome to use them. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can recommend reliable freight partners we work with regularly — particularly for routes to Africa, the Middle East, and Asia where we have well-established relationships.

Authenticity & documentation

What shipping documents do you provide with each order?

Every order ships with a full documentation package. Standard documents included are:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading (sea) or CMR / road waybill (European road freight)
  • Certificate of origin (upon request)
  • EUR.1 movement certificate (for preferential duty rates within EU trade agreements)
  • Phytosanitary certificate where required by destination country regulations

If your destination country requires additional documentation for customs clearance, let us know in advance and we will prepare accordingly.

Can I sell your products on Amazon or other online marketplaces?

You are free to resell the products you purchase from us through any legal sales channel, including Amazon, eBay, your own e-commerce store, or physical retail. However, please note that major online marketplaces like Amazon may require brand authorisation letters to list certain products. BVBM SALES BV supplies genuine branded products but we are a wholesale distributor — we are not the brand owner and cannot provide official brand authorisation documentation for marketplace listing purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the platform’s listing requirements for the brands you wish to sell.

After your order

What happens if my goods are damaged or there is a shortage?

All goods are inspected and packed to professional wholesale export standards before dispatch. In the event of damage or shortage, please follow these steps:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading before signing
  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged goods
  • Contact us within 5 working days of delivery with full photographic evidence
  • We will investigate promptly and work with you to resolve the issue fairly

Do you offer better pricing for repeat or high-volume buyers?

Yes. We value long-term partnerships and reward consistent buyers. As your order volume increases and a track record of smooth transactions is established, we can offer preferential pricing, priority stock allocation, extended payment terms, and a dedicated account manager. If you are planning regular orders, tell us your projected volume when you first make contact — this allows us to structure the best possible commercial arrangement from the outset.

Do you have a WhatsApp or instant contact channel?
